History: Aelar was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: He got into the Marshal business at a young age. Through the years after Berrian was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Berrian's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
