History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cartwright responsibilities is difficult; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. He dropped out of school to support his sick father, and resented it. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and doesn't want to be a jeweler and was forced into it by his family

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Baker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Baker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Baker soon after.

Motivation: To settle down with his crush; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg
