History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Quarion has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
