It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: Carrie speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His childhood dream was to be a Painter, but he was a colossal failure. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs; and expand his business

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His parents enrolled him in a Sorcerer school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He can't help but pocket interesting objects he comes across

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Lamlis grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Lamlis. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
