This search led him directly into Miller work with an outfit from a few towns over. Miller work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Quarion was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature lance.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
