Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He moved out west to avoid the crime he committed. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Lucan was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
