History: Born to a Marshal, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Efferil grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Efferil. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He is a Lamia in disguise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Jeweler work with an outfit from a few towns over. Jeweler work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end; and he would like to get married and retire

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has dedicated himself to building a better world.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born into a rich family. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the island to a summer home near a old dungeon. He would wander through that old dungeon and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the island due to the painful memories there. Raer took refuge in the old dungeon and found the beat up bow and armor he uses now. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
