History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. After months of barely getting by, Berrian managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
