Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: He got into the Carter business at a young age. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war.
