Personality: He hates brigands. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing painting.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Arannis was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he wants revenge against brigands

Description: He has a missing right leg. He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Azaki grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Azaki. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: A man with a calm yet intense air about him, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty tan coat over it. He has red hair. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: This man is tall and muscular. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. He wears his blonde hair down. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. When Thervan reached his early adolescence his Elf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Layabout responsibilities is difficult; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He disdains his fellow southerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.
