Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Halimath was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Halimath's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He comes from a rich western family. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

History: He was born in the west. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and he doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes
