History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Animal Trainer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: Nim hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate him. It was this clingy personality that held back his writing career. He is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Nim was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Raer grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many grey ritualistic tattoos. He dresses well, wearing pastel shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His golden hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His half smiles and amber eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. Theren was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Theren decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Locksmith kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: His right side is far more bruised and cut up than his other. He very much looks the part of a Crown-heir. His silver hair is thinning but still full. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Crown-heir born in the past three hundred years. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Crown-heir. He became a Crown-heir soon after.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Crown-heir responsibilities is difficult; and he is unsatisfied with his job
