Through the years after Naill was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Naill's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

During his travels, Gennal and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Gennal discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Gennal fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. Naeris abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
