History: Gifted from a young age, Thervan studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Thervan grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Thervan. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Shoemaker like his father before him.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Laucian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has never given up on his painting dream.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Aelar lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was.
