History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the south. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Elves in Aramil's homeland.
