History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born in the south to a Bookbinder, Heian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Heian liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Apothecary business.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Carrie grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Carrie. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: Azaki lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Azaki fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
