Personality: Carrie wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Sorcerer, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
