During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

History: Born in the north to a Dilettante, Laucian learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He struck the Dilettante job and began his own company from there.

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. In his 18th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Heian alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Rael hails from a village terrorized by goblins. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it.
