History: Efferil hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, brigands burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. History: He was raised in a plains tribe. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
