History: Born in the west to a Bellfounder, Aust learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Bellfounder.

Description: He is a physically imposing light-skinned man. He dresses in brown turtlenecks beneath a black coat with white slacks. His red hair is braided into rings. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady blue eyes.

Personality: He is a Body Guard first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Gennal was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Gennal grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Gennal. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He never swears and excessively uses polite adverbs when speaking. He is obsessed with his god.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Paelias was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He uses divination through singing.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
