Personality: Uthemar speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. In his 12th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Uthemar alone in the world.
