History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Courier.

His beard is auburn, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are brown and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Varis isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: He was born in the south, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the east were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Mayor hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions.
