History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Description: An older man who wears a tan coat over a brown low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head, he is not a threatening figure. His chestnut hair is unkempt and raggedy. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his Stetson tan hat.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Fortune-teller hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Being a Fortune-teller kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
