History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Uthemar grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. History: Born in the west to a Armorer, Heian learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Armorer and found it very stressful. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
