History: Raer was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
