History: He was born into a rich family. He inherited a moderately successful company from his father. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Merchant.

He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has worked as a Courier like his father before him.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Tharivol was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Tharivol's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
