History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Berrian grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and to reunite with his old friends

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Lucan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Engraver hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He tends to his Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

History: Born in the south to a Gardener, Peren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Elves in the south were limited. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
