Description: This slender man stands about 4'11". He dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head. He is bald on top and has large silver tufts of hair around his ears. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Blacksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. He cares deeply for his spouse and does his best to make sure his guests look presentable.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His long white hair reaches down to his waist. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: Ahvain lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Shoemaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears long strands of emerald and short yellow dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. He has a dull look in his amber eyes.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Tanner arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Heian was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. After a long history of fighting, Heian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he has money and likes to spend it

Description: With red face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright brown and blue, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His hair is always cut to a buzz. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Uthemar grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Outside of the suit he wears a tight fitting white shirt and pants. His chestnut hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Butcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Butcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
