History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. When Aelar reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Through the years after Aust was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Aust's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Korfel was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Thervan liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
