He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Description: This dark-skinned male prefers to wear grey clothing when he does not wear armor. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His hair is short and chestnut. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Dreali lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Dreali grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Dreali. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Elven artifacts is his passion; and to reunite with his old friends

Description: This northern man is abnormally tall. He is perpetually draped in fineries, but all of this concealed by his earthly robes.. His whole body is exceptionally muscular. He has wavy red hair. His hazel eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. In his 16th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Aerdeth alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and revenge

Description: A 5'5" northern man, he tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His white hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Hadarai was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gifted student he started as a Glassblower, but he got bored and became a Fortune-teller. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Glassblower. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he would like to get married and retire

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his mother.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Ostracized due to the martial powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and elven compassion
