History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to illithids.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He has worked as a Barkeep like his father before him.

Motivation: He wants revenge against dire rats; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Mercenary arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
