Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: Born in the south to a Detective, Peren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After months of barely getting by, Peren managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables.
