History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Erdan grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Soveliss grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Soveliss. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
