He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Priest who has hired him part-time. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered west to less war torn lands. Being a Priest kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
