He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: Laucian hails from a village terrorized by giants. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and a deep hatred of giants

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Naill embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Naill grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Elf Sorcerer who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
