History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Uthemar was born on a far northern forest where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Dilettante. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but he was a colossal failure. He's also a talented Ruler, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
