History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His childhood dream was to be a Fletcher, but he was a colossal failure. He struck the Mayor job and began his own company from there.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He's also a talented Detective, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
