History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He now owns his own business.

He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright grey and black, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His blonde hair is matted, messy, and big. His brown eyes are passionate and lively.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Elven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature halberd.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: He is a hateful person. He taunts others and blames them for his problems. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Sage profession.

History: Peren was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. After a long history of fighting, Peren and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 5'5" and prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. He has white hair. His blue eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Suhnae was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and obtaining odd cultural elven artifacts is his passion
