History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Soapmaker. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he wants revenge against illithids

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he has the majority of his body covered in plate. His golden hair is matted, messy, and big. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 82. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the south. Naeris is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and to reunite with his absent mother

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Recently a tribe of goblins attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and his religion dominates his actions
