History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A freak accident while working with his Ploughman father left him crippled. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture
