History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Being born in the south, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the south for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Personality: He is quite rude, and likes to deride his opponents skill and shout insults at them. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Gifted from a young age, Galinndan studied abroad. His parents were killed by brigands in a raid when he was still a young child. The brigands captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
