Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Elves. His skin is light but he possesses many blue ritualistic tattoos. He wears a worn and beaten armor. His hair is blonde and very short. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He carries with him a set of lances, each one with a topaz on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His blonde hair is heavily combed to the right. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. Recently a tribe of giants attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Heian fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and balancing his hectic life and new miner responsibilities is difficult

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has a crush on the local seamstress

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. When triggered he is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: Gifted from a young age, Paelias studied abroad. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Paelias grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Paelias. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
