It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Bellfounder arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

History: His arcane talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Miller, but he was a colossal failure. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by brigands. Enialis was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the brigands.
