History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Quarion decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The father sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his father's willingness to do anything to win. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
