History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: He is mildly Elf supremacist, though he does not identify as such. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born to a Junk Dealer, his father struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
