Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Mayor born in the past three hundred years. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Beiro grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Beiro. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Laucian isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Elven unity. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of drow may trigger it at times.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Elven doctor. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
