History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Miner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Description: A middle-aged man, he dresses in white turtlenecks beneath a grey coat with red slacks, and is pretty ugly. He keeps his silver hair in a pixie cut. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is a Ploughman first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in the north to a Ploughman, Lucan learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right.
