History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. After a long history of fighting, Arannis and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. When Heian reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
