He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.

Personality: He is a very happy person and has lots of energy. To put it simply, he's a very lovable idiot. He is accommodating to his spouse and as such limits his hospitality. He is brave and levelheaded in the face of danger and has proven himself a capable leader.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Baker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Some 4 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Aerdeth never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.
