History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Heian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. Halimath enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
